T Bar Rows: 1 warm, 170/8 185/6,6
Db Deads: 1 warm, 125/8,7
Lat Underhand: 100/11,8 85/10
Ball Crunch: 2 sets
Really let lose on the workout. Being sick and job stress had me focus even more to get nuts!
