Push Press: 2 warms, 155/8 185/4 (had to try it!) drop set Side lateral Cable: 2 warms, 22/10 Bench Rear delt raise: 20/10,11,10 Db Shrug: 1 warm, 85/9 65/14 Lying Leg Curl: 2 warms, 50/8,5 2 drop sets
