Today was the last real heavy leg training day! And it was a whopper.
Not a real long workout, but intense.

Leg Ext: 3 warms
Leg Press: 3 warms, 450/12 495/11
Front Squat: 1 warm, 155/11 175/9
Split Squat: 65/15,14,15
