Upper body:

Well, I just did 3 sets for each exercise and still at very light weight. It did feel good to get the blood flowing, but was tired. I am very eager to feel 100 percent and hit it hard. But I just need to listen to my body for now.

On a side note, I will be going to the doctor for a follow up.

Lat pulldown wide
Bent over row
Flat bench press
In Db press
Side lateral
Barbell curl
Tricep pressdown
10 min light cool down.

No, legs are trained on a different day, and abs on my off days. But if you read my blog, you will see the last few workouts are coming off an illness
