Made some nice gains today, but I expect to since I am still eating a lot! But the pumps are fantastic.

Db deads: 1 warm, 115/9
Rope pulldown: 90/13,12
Db press: 1 warm, 65/8 75/8,5
Side lateral up and downs: 2 x
10 min light bike.
