Seated Side Lateral: 1 warm, 35/10 40/9 drop set
Front Raise Bar: 1 warm, 65/10 75/9 drop set
Cable Curl: 2 warms, 55/10 60/7
In Db Curl: 30/7 25/8 20/10
Floor Ab work: 6 sets
