It was a great workout.
Lat Pulldowns wide: 2 warms, 135/8 145/6,6 drop set
T Bar Deads: 1 warm, 315/8 385/6,5 225/13 on plate
Bent Over Rows: 165/10,9,9,8
Leg Curl: 1 warm, 45/9,8,7
