Chest and arms

Great gains today and mix up the arms with some fat gripz.  Crazy pump.

Flat db press: 4 warms, 100x5, 108x5,5
In bench: 2 warms, 195x6,5  drop set
Dips: 4x with fat gripz
Barbell curl: 6 sets with FG
Tricep Pressdown: 6 sets with FG
15 min cardio..
