Great round today with the doubles.. and I added in 4inch deficit deads. A good challenge with
a great range of motion.
Squat: 5 warms 325/3 345/1 360/2,2,3 drop off set with 225
Deficit deads: 2 warms, 245/5,5,10
Sissy squat: 3 sets
10 min cooldown.
