In db: 3 sets
Flat bar: 3 sets
Mid in fly: 2 sets
Push ups: 1 set
Stand db press: 3 sets
upright row: 3 sets
Tri pressdown: 3 sets
Db ext: 2 sets
20 min cardio at moderate intensity.
Posing every day for 15 min or so.
Feeling good this morning, but as the day goes on getting tired.
