Little tired going into the workout, but midway, felt great.
Pullups: 3x
Pulldowns: 3 sets
Bentover row: 5 sets
1 arm db rows: 2 set
Front raise bar ss
with seated side later: 4x
Db shrug: 4 sets
Bike HIIT: 10 sprints, 10 min cooldown.
I wanted to do more but the legs felt really heavy from yesterdays training.
