Deadlift and hammy workout:

See yourself doing it, and it will happen. Nailed this workout today and hit the goal of the one rep max. Almost 3 x bw and a PR for the ratio of bw to bar weight.

Glute ham raise: 4 x
Db Split squat 2 warms, 60/8 70/10
Leg curl: 50/8 55/8,6 2 drop sets
Good mornings: 2 warms, 155/10,12
